BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY:

Fran has over 26 years experience as a Realtor along the Connecticut shoreline, from New Haven to Old Lyme.

She loves matching clients and houses and understands the market in each town as well as the amenities they offer.

Fran brings the same passion and dedication to real estate that she did to 21 years of teaching. Her first interest is in the needs and

goals of her clients. She is a good listener and committed to making the process of buying and selling as stress free as possible. Fran

is a problem solver and knows how to handle difficult negotiations. She is patient, caring, and aware that this can be both an exciting

time for first time buyers and very emotional for seniors leaving their home after many years.

PERSONAL:

Fran is a native New Yorker, but has lived in Connecticut for much of her life and along the CT shoreline for 46 years.

She has a B.A. in History from Hunter College and an M.S. in Education from Southern Connecticut State University.

Before becoming a Realtor, Fran was a third grade teacher in the Madison School District. She attributes her good communication

skills, organization abilities, and attention to details from her time as an educator.

Fran has three grown daughters and five grandchildren whom she adores. While raising her daughters in Madison, Fran was a softball

coach, taught CCD, and was very involved in activities in the local schools.

Fran enjoys reading and is an avid UCONN Huskies fan. She is currently living in Westbrook and loves the marsh views from her home.

She spends as much time with her family as possible and continues to be a life long learner.
