Summary of program:

If moving out of specific census tract areas...certain Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA) the borrower will receive up to 8k in free grants to purchase.  Its solely based on where you are moving FROM.

5k will come from Fannie Mae, and up to 3k or 1% of the loan (whichever is less) will be given by the lender.  

$500 will be used towards appraisal costs.

This money is FREE…no repayment or amounts forgiven over time. 100% grant funded.

NO INCOME restrictions of the borrowers

At least 1 borrower on the loan must be a first-time homebuyer-   this means NO ownership of any sort anywhere in the past 3 years.

Can be use with as little as 3% down payment on a loan up to $766,500.

May be used as down payment, closing cost, combo or the two, and/or any permanent or temporary buydown programs here.
